CD81也称TAPA-1,是四跨膜蛋白超家族(TM4SF)成员之一,广泛表达于真核细胞膜,与其他四跨膜蛋白、整合素、辅助受体、MHC I类和II类分子形成复合物,并影响B、T细胞的粘附、形态、活化、增殖和分化[1-4]。在肌肉中,CD81促进细胞融合和肌管维护[5]。CD81也是一种表征明显的丙型肝炎病毒受体,可促进病毒入侵靶细胞[6]。本产品为小鼠抗人CD81单克隆抗体,用于IF和FC方法特异性检测人CD81蛋白。
