CD9属于细胞表面糖蛋白四跨膜蛋白家族。CD9在发育中的B淋巴细胞、血小板、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、受刺激的T淋巴细胞以及周围神经系统的神经元和胶质细胞表面都有表达[1-3]。在成肌细胞中,CD9与CD81和PTGFRN协同作用,在肌肉再生过程中抑制肌管融合。在巨噬细胞中,与CD81、β-1和β-2整合素协同作用,阻止巨噬细胞融合为多核巨细胞[4]。CD9在许多细胞生理过程中还发挥重要作用,包括分化、粘附和信号转导,它在抑制癌细胞运动和转移中起着关键作用[5,6]。本产品为小鼠抗人CD9单克隆抗体,用于IF和FC方法特异性检测人CD9蛋白。
