白介素-15（Interleukin-15， IL-15）是一种广泛表达的细胞因子，在结构和功能上与IL-2相关，在许多免疫疾病中发挥重要作用[1]。IL-15以高亲和力结合IL-15 Rα，它们共同表达在细胞表面[2-3]。IL-15诱导或增强多种T细胞亚群的分化、维持或激活，包括NK、NKT、Th17、Treg和CD8+记忆细胞。在干细胞培养方案中，IL-15可与IL-21等其他细胞因子联合使用，以提高NK细胞扩增和成熟的效率[4]。
