本产品由8种重组蛋白质组成，分子量范围为25 kDa-90 kDa。其中25 kDa是蓝色预染条带，45 kDa和85 kDa是橙色预染条带，便于动态观察蛋白质电泳状态，判断转膜效果和方向，45 kDa便于剪膜。其它条带含有多种IgG亚型结合位点，蛋白质分子量标准条带和目的蛋白条带同时结合抗体，用相同标记抗体来检测。经化学发光检测后显示25 kDa，40 kDa，60 kDa，75 kDa和90 kDa 条带。
