产品详情介绍
本产品是7种独立的蛋白酶抑制剂（AEBSF，Aprotinin，Bestatin，E-64， Leupeptin，Pepstatin A，EDTA）的混合物，优化的配比使得本产品可以抑制几乎所有蛋白酶，包括丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天冬氨酸蛋白酶、丙氨酰-氨基肽酶、胃蛋白酶、金属蛋白酶等的活性，全方位防止蛋白降解。本产品适用于蛋白纯化、Western Blot、Co-IP、ChIP、蛋白激酶活性测定等实验。
