PerfectStart® II Probe qPCR SuperMix利用在PCR体系中加入荧光探针 (TaqManMolecular Beacon等),扩增过程中其 荧光量与扩增产物量成正比,通过荧光量的检测测定样本核酸量。本产品含PerfectStartTM Taq热启动酶 (利用3种单克 隆抗体与Taq DNA Polymerase高效结合,有效地封闭了DNA聚合酶活性,阻止了低温下的非特异性扩增)、特殊优化的qPCR反应缓冲液、dNTPs、PCR增强剂、稳定剂。本产品浓度为,使用时只需加入模板、引物、探针、Passive  Reference Dye (根据qPCR仪选择) 和水,使其工作浓度为,即可进行反应。
