TransScript® Green One-Step qRT-PCR SuperMix是具有高灵敏度、高效合成能力和高扩增效率的一步法qRT-PCR试剂盒。本试剂盒以RNA为模板，反向基因特异引物为反转录引物合成cDNA；然后以合成的cDNA为模板，正向、反向基因特异引物进行qPCR，在同一反应体系中一步完成从反转录到qPCR的全部反应。
