本产品包含miRNA检测的全部试剂。以miRNA为模板，用TransScript® miRNA RT Enzyme Mix(包含加尾酶和反转录酶），2×TS miRNA Reaction Mix高效加尾和合成第一链cDNA; miRNA 检测使用PerfectStartTM Green qPCR SuperMix。适用于Total RNA或small RNAs等包含miRNA样品的检测。
