本试剂盒利用异硫氰酸胍法溶胶，利用硅胶膜离心柱特异地吸附DNA，适用于从TAE或TBE琼脂糖凝胶中回收DNA片段，操作简单快速。用本试剂盒纯化得到的DNA可用于酶切、连接、克隆、测序等多种操作。
