Thy-1/CD90是一种GPI锚定、受发育调控的细胞表面糖蛋白。它参与多种细胞类型的细胞粘附和细胞通讯，尤其是在免疫和神经系统的细胞中。Thy-1/CD90被广泛用作造血干细胞的标记物[1]。Thy-1/CD90 mRNA和蛋白表达下降与上皮性卵巢癌的发生有关联，表明可能具有潜在的人卵巢癌抑癌基因作用[2]。研究表明，Thy-1/CD90 敲除小鼠会出现皮肤免疫应答受损及视网膜发育异常[3]。Thy-1/CD90在某些疾病状态（如肺纤维化）受表观遗传调节，或出现失调，Thy-1/CD90启动子的潜在可逆过度甲基化可能会为这种疾病提供新的治疗选择[4]。本产品为小鼠抗人Thy-1/CD90单克隆抗体，用于WB方法特异性检测人Thy-1/CD90蛋白。
